On Tuesday, Russia announced that it plans to end its collaboration on the International Space Station by 2024. It’s just the latest move away from international collaboration in space among major powers — including the US, Russia and China. Host Marco Werman spoke with Lincoln Hines, an assistant professor for the West Space Seminar at the US Air Force’s Air University in Montgomery, Alabama.
