As the UK hosts her Platinum Jubilee celebrations, host Marco Werman speaks to Carolyn Harris, a royal historian and instructor at the University of Toronto, to examine the evolution and significance of her role as monarch beyond the UK and the complicated relationship the crown has with its former colonies and current members of the commonwealth.
