Devin Maverick Robins is an award-winning multimedia journalist whose career includes producing and writing stories for American Public Media, NPR and The New York Times on a broad range of subjects including business, technology, real estate, personal finance, politics, sports, culture, health care and entertainment. During her tenure at NPR, Robins worked for several national shows including “Talk of the Nation,” “The Tavis Smiley Show,” and “News & Notes.” Most recently, she produced “Marketplace Money,” a national personal finance show and part of the portfolio of Marketplace programs heard by a weekly audience of more than 9 million listeners. Earning a degree in Journalism & Communications from San Diego State University, she also attended graduate programs at the University of Southern California and the University of California at Berkeley. Robins is an avid endurance cyclist involved in fundraising for HIV/AIDS research and services including participating in an annual 585 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
