Build the Wall

Well, he did it. Trump declared a national emergency to get his wall.

President Donald Trump on Friday announced he would declare a national emergency at the US-Mexico border, a move Democrats vowed to challenge as an unconstitutional attempt to fund his promised border wall without approval from Congress.

A slatted metal prototypes of a border wall is shown, photographed through the border wall in Tijuana, Mexico.

Trump signed an order for the wall 2 years ago. The US just ended the longest shutdown ever over it.
