Vieux Farka Touré follows in the footsteps of his famous father
A year before his death from cancer, famed guitarist Ali Farka Touré of Mali learned that his son had secretly studied music and had become quite accomplished. His son, Vieux Farka Touré, tells The World’s Marco Werman how his father passed on the secret of Malian music.
