Kerry makes U.S. case on Syria’s responsibility for chemical weapons attack, condemns Assad regime
The United States says Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad’s forces are responsible for the deadly chemical weapons attack said to have occurred last week. And, Secretary of State John Kerry said in a speech that if the U.S. chooses to act, it won’t depend on the blessing of the international community.
