The Washington Post, relying on leaks from former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, last week revealed the massive growth of the U.S. intelligence services int the days since the Sept. 11 attacks — with a budget now of $52.6 billion. Among the details was that the CIA is experiencing explosive growth.
