Argentina and Columbia round out the bottom in fourth and fifth place, while Mexico’s president, Felipe Calderon, and Chile’s Sebastian Pinera are tied for third. Recently pulling into the number two spot is Brazil’s Dilma Rousseff. She's got more 422,000 followers less than a month into her first term. And—drumroll please—the winner is:
Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, leading the pack with more than 1.1 million followers. Lest you think that sounds like a lot, don't forget Barack Obama has Hugo beat handily with 6.4 million.
