Turkey votes yes on constitutional referendum

Supporters of the Turkish ruling party, the AKP, rallied for an “Evet” or “Yes” vote on Friday ahead of the country’s referendum, held Sunday. The “Yes” camp appears to have won a majority of votes, based on early returns.
