Kashmir’s only rapper, Roushan Illahi aka MC Kash, drove hundreds of young Kashmiris into a frenzy as he performed at the closing of a youth summit in Srinagar, reports the Hindu.

Called “One Young Kashmir,” the summit drew together young people from all over the troubled state to chalk out their strategy for a brighter future, the paper said. Attendees pledged to work for preservation of culture, awareness of rights and making economy the focus of their future initiatives.
