Two Oklahoma men accused in a shooting rampage that left three people dead made their first court appearance Monday.
Alvin Watts, 32, and Jake England, 19, appeared via closed-circuit television from jail. A judge set their bond at $9.1 million apiece, The Associated Press reported.

Both are being held on suspicion of three counts of first-degree murder, two counts of shooting with the intent to kill and one count of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony. They will be formally charged at a later date, according to the AP.
Authorities were digging into the backgrounds of the men, both white, to determine whether the spate of shootings in predominantly black Tulsa, Okla., was racially motivated, CNN reported.
A day before the shootings, a posting on England's Facebook page said that it was the second anniversary of his father's death "at the hands of a f—ing n—–." The entry also noted his girlfriend's recent suicide, according to CNN.

Despite that, police told CBS News they're not ready to call this a hate crime.
"You could look at the facts of the case and certainly come up with what would appear to be a logical theory," Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan told CBS. "But we're gonna to let the evidence take us where we want to go. There are motivations other than race in these kinds of incidents, and we're gonna look at it."
The men were arrested early Sunday in a massive manhunt the FBI dubbed "Operation Random Shooter," CBS News reported.
