GlobalPost

Beyonce wants to encourage fans to get involved in her upcoming Super Bowl performance.

The Associated Press reported her fans will have the chance to join the singer at the upcoming Super Bowl XLVII at the Superdome in New Orleans on February 3.

Pepsi announced Friday a photo contest will allow fans to submit photos of themselves in various poses, "including head bopping, feet tapping and hip shaking," starting Saturday according to the MTV.

100 of the photos will reportedly be made into a television commercial to introduce her Super Bowl halftime performance. Then about 50 people will join the pop star live on stage.

January 11 is the cut-off to register for the contest.

The National Post said according to Billboard, Beyonce will release new music before the performance.

“She’s already gearing up to put stuff out,” her producer The-Dream said. I’m sure there will probably be a couple records you hear before the Super Bowl gets here."
