Detroit judge Wade McCree, 55, has been accused of sexting after sending a photo of himself to the phone of a married female court bailiff. According to USA Today, the husband of the bailiff, who has not been identified, is not happy about the photo and is filing complaints with the Wayne County prosecutor and the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission.

McCree, who specializes in sexual misconduct cases, admitted to texting the bare-chested photo to his bailiff's phone, as well as to other women, reported Fox News.

"Hot dog. Yep, that's me," McCree told MyFoxDetroit reporter Charlie LeDuff. "I've got no shame in my game. I ain't talked to nobody else's wife… There's nothing nude about it. I'm in no more clothes than I'll be at the Y this afternoon when I swim my mile."

The judge, who is also married, according to the Associated Press, then pretended to take off his shirt for and said, "You can always get that here and now."

McCree is the son of a groundbreaking African-American lawyer. According to The Detroit News, his father is Wade H. McCree Jr., a US Appeals Court judge and solicitor general of the United States under Jimmy Carter. McCree Jr. became the first African-American to sit on a Michigan court of record in 1954, when Governor G. Mennen Williams appointed him to the Wayne Circuit Court.
