Pentagon threatens Matt Bissonnette with legal action

The Pentagon has threatened to sue the former Navy Seal who wrote a book about last year's Osama bin Laden raid, claiming that he is in "material breach" of his agreements to not not disclose military secrets.
"In the judgment of the Department of Defense, you are in material breach and violation of the non-disclosure agreements you signed," said Pentagon General Counsel Jeh Johnson, in a letter addressed to Bissonnette under his pen name Mark Owen, CNN reported.
The non-disclosure agreement Bissonnette signed before leaving the SEALs, required him to submit his manuscripts to the Pentagon for review before publication.
The book, "No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission That Killed Osama Bin Laden" details the SEAL team's training and practice, the raid, and the aftermath.
Bissonnette isn't the only one being threatened with legal action. According to the Atlantic Wire, anyone who acted along with Bissonnette is in trouble as well.
Yesterday, USA Today reported that two Pentagon officials, speaking anonymously, said that it was unlikely that Bissonette would be prosecuted.
