Oregon State Police have identified the first victim of Sunday's fatal bus crash as 57-year-old Dale Osborn.

Osborn, of Spanaway, Washington, was on the bus with his wife, 65-year-old Darlene Osborn, reported NBC's KNDO. She is currently being treated at St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton.

According to the Associated Press, authorities have not yet released the names of the eight others who died in the accident, but police said the four men and four women are all of Asian descent. At least 14 survivors are still hospitalized in three states after the crash.

All victims were previously said to be adults, but now they're police are saying one could be a juvenile girl, noted KNDO.

Authorities still aren't sure how fast the bus was traveling when it crashed on a partly icy highway in a rural area east of Pendleton, the AP reported. The bus was carrying tourists, many of them Korean, on a nine-day tour of the western US.

According to Oregon State Police Lt. Gregg Hastings, it could take a month or more to determine whether the bus's 54-year-old driver from Vancouver is at fault and whether or not he'll face charges.
