New York Mayor Bloomberg confronted by angry Brooklyn residents

More than a dozen angry residents confronted Mayor Michael Bloomberg in Brooklyn on Monday.
Residents in Manhattan Beach complained they still lack of power, heat and fear of looting after Hurricane Sandy, CBS News reported.
Large parts of the area, one of the hardest hit by the storm, remain in the dark, unlike Manhattan. The disparity has prompted some New Yorkers to complain that Manhattan was prioritized over the city's outer boroughs Brooklyn and Queens.

Bloomberg, who visited a local school, was asked why it was taking the utility companies so long to restore service and said they were frustrated over the continued fuel shortages, the Associated Press reported.
The mayor said Sandy was "a storm like we've never had before" and that the city was doing its best.
