Grenoble plane crash kills Moroccan family of five

A private plane crashed outside the French city of Grenoble Saturday, killing a family of five.
The twin-engine plane was returning to Morocco when it crashed into a hill and burst into flames shortly after taking off from the Grenoble airport, located at the foot of the Alps, BBC News reported.
The pilot was reportedly flying his wife and their three children home after an apparent vacation in France, local government official Bruno Charlot told the Associated Press. None of them survived.
The weather was reportedly clear upon takeoff, and an investigation into the cause of the crash is underway, AP reported.
Grenoble is considered the gateway town to the mountain resorts of the Alps, according to BBC.
