Watch how several dozen Aussie subway commuters managed to rescue this trapped passenger

Oh you thought your commute was bad today? Did you fall through the gap and become painfully lodged between a train and the platform?

No, probably not. (I mean, if you said "yes," I'm really sorry. That totally sucks and I didn't mean to make light of your situation.)

So this guy in Perth, Australia was having a run-of-the-mill terrible commute that turned into an unusually terrible commute when his left foot slipped into the gap and he found himself in this unfortunate position.

It was 8:50 a.m. Who knows if he'd even had his morning coffee. Can you imagine dealing with this crap without caffeine? No, no you cannot.

Luckily, the train wasn't moving, and dozens of fellow commuters saw him fall. They took quick action to alert the driver.

Then the problem-solving phase of the rescue began.

Watch what the passengers came up with. It'll give you happy chills, guaranteed. The guy is okay, by the way.
