Now Hiring: GlobalPost Night Editor

BOSTON — The award-winning international news organization GlobalPost is hiring a part-time Night Editor in London or continental Europe, though we will consider additional locations depending upon experience, qualifications and ability to work a set schedule.

This position involves managing the GlobalPost News Desk and home page during the early morning hours in Boston. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with GlobalPost senior correspondents around the world, communicating with GlobalPost editorial partners, managing our overnight social media platforms and writing short news stories on tight deadline. 

You are a talented, hard-working and versatile journalist who has experience working at high quality news organizations. You are also a great copy editor and a fluid writer who knows the vernacular of the web. You energetically embrace social media and you’re eager to join a hard-charging and innovative editorial team that’s helping redefine international news in the digital age.
