Will Leitch of Deadspin

Fair Game
The World

Will Leitch wasn’t happy with the way sports were being covered by the mainstream press, so he decided to do something about it. In 2005 he founded Deadspin.com, and 140 million page views later, Deadspin has become a staple for the computer-owning sports fan. Will has a new book about the state of sports in America, entitled God Save the Fan: How Preening Sportscasters, Athletes Who Speak in the Third Person, and the Occasional Convicted Quarterback Have Taken the Fun Out of Sports (and How We Can Get it Back) and he’s on Fair Game with Faith to talk about it.
