More than four thousand soldiers have died in the Iraq war, but many, many more have been injured or disabled – tens of thousands. A new documentary focuses on one of them – a young man who became paralyzed from the chest down after a sniper bullet ripped through his spine during his first week in Iraq. Back home and wheelchair-bound, he becomes a leader in the war protest movement. The film is called Body of War, and it’s co-directed by a familiar face – longtime television talk show host Phil Donahue, who speaks with Faith Salie on Fair Game.
