You’ve probably seen ads for the new HBO mini-series John Adams, starring Paul Giamatti. Now, in honor of the series, HBO is teaming up with the US Postal Service and sponsoring a multi-million-dollar campaign to promote old fashioned letter-writing. They even have a special cancellation mark that says “The Power of the Letter.” Is letter-writing too old fashioned? Do we need to put pen to paper?
