US prepares deportation flights to Libya, but rival Libyan governments reject plan

Trump administration officials told reporters this week that they’re planning to send a group of migrants to Libya aboard a US military plane. But today, Libya’s government, as well as militias that control eastern Libya, rejected the plan.
