After a nearly two-hour phone call on Tuesday, the White House said Russian President Vladimir Putin had agreed to a 30-day cessation of attacks on infrastructure in Ukraine — if Ukraine would agree to the same thing. The agreement came with some demands, though. Putin wants an end to weapons shipments to Ukraine and for intelligence sharing with Ukraine to stop as well.
