Now that Rwandan-backed M-23 troops have seized Goma, one of the largest cities in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, they are moving on to try to capture the southern city of Bukavu. The rebels made similar advances in 2012, but after intense international pressure, Rwanda stopped supplying the M-23 rebels.
