The long-running rebel group, M23, says it has taken the city of Goma, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Goma is on the border with Rwanda, and Rwandan troops have been spotted in the city, working in tandem with the rebels. Sonia Rolley is a Reuters reporter covering the conflict closely.
