Russia responds to Black Sea oil spill

In the Black Sea, Russia is dealing with what experts in and outside Russia say might be the worst environmental disaster the country has seen this century. Thousands of tons of heavy fuel oil leaked from two Russian oil tankers after they were caught in a Black Sea storm last month. Host Carolyn Beeler spoke to Margaret Williams, a senior fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs who has been following Russia’s response. She joined the show today from Norway.
