Ukraine halts flow of Russian gas to Europe

Kyiv has opted to not renew a contract with Moscow that brought Russian natural gas to Europe and $1 billion dollars in transit fees to Ukraine. He explains the uneven impact among European countries and the potential cost to Russia’s energy-based economy.
