The names being considered for key national security positions in President-elect Donald Trump’s second administration are mostly familiar: Senator Marco Rubio for Secretary of State, Representative Mike Waltz as National Security Adviser, Representative Elise Stefanik as US Ambassador to the United Nations. But what do those choices indicate about Trump’s foreign policy priorities, as well as his approach to dealing with the rest of the world as he prepares to return to the White House in January?
