German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz  on Wednesday night fired his finance minister, bringing to an end the country’s first-ever three-party coalition. The former partners couldn’t agree on a final budget after Germany’s highest court declared part of the original budget unconstitutional. Host Carolyn Beeler explains.
