The move is to protect young people’s health in Britain and to reduce the waste of throwaway vapes. Marco Werman speaks with Hazel Cheeseman, the chief executive of the British charity, Action on Smoking and Health, about how the public health community is trying to preserve vaping as a smoking cessation tool while recognizing its hazards for young people.
