It’s citrus harvest season in southern Turkey, and reporter Durrie Bouscaren found herself with 10 pounds of lemons. After running out of sweet dessert recipes, a colleague suggested making pickled lemons, sending her on a quest to learn about the art and history of Turkish pickling.
