Former Bolivian President Evo Morales and current President Luis Arce are at loggerheads. Arce has accused Morales of attempting a coup while Morales called on supporters this week to conduct a “March to Save Bolivia. ” That demonstration turned violent on Tuesday when supporters of Arce intervened.
