Lung cancer vaccine that uses mRNA technology is in human trial phase

Several countries are hosting studies of an mRNA vaccine treatment for lung cancer, which kills 1.8 million people every year. Scientists hope that the principles used to develop a COVID-19 vaccine could also be applied to various cancers.
