Japan’s PM cancels trip over megaquake warning

The Japan Meteorological Agency has issued its first-ever advisory warning of the risk of a huge earthquake along the Pacific coast. That prompted Prime Minister Fumio Kishida to cancel a trip. The World’s Host Carolyn Beeler speaks with earthquake scientist Judith Hubbard about how this advisory helps focus people in Japan on earthquake readiness.
