Calls for ‘Marshall Plan’ by Caribbean nations following Hurricane Beryl

A letter was delivered to the UK government asking for financial assistance in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. It was signed by the leaders of Antigua, Barbuda, St. Vincent and Grenada warning that Caribbean countries cannot sustain the rising debt related to climate disasters.
