Landmark gay rights judgment in Namibia

On Friday, Namibia’s High Court is expected to issue a judgement on a landmark court case that could impact gay rights across the country. At the center of it are colonial era laws that effectively criminalize same-sex intimate relations, which LGBTQ+ activists say are violating their constitutional rights.
