Haiti’s new government selected cabinet ministers this week, as it awaits the arrival of a long-delayed Kenyan security force designed to assist its embattled police. Journalist Widlore Mérancourt in Port-au-Prince tells The World’s host Marco Werman that he fears Haiti’s new leaders lack coherent plans to restore order.
