Celebrating Kurdish music with Danûk

Ferhad Feyssal remembers when villagers gathered around the campfire every winter in the Kurdish region in Syria while a danûk, or big pot, cooked bulgur wheat. The memories are so vivid to Feyssal that he decided to name his band Danûk. The World’s April Peavey brings us their story.
