US and Mexico at odds over Rio Grande river water rights

Climate change is impacting the flow of water into the Rio Grande river. The river forms part of the US-Mexico border and the two nations share the water supply. But recently, Mexico hasn’t been upholding its side of previous water-sharing agreements.
