‘Yiddish glory’ collects long-long songs

“Yiddish Glory: The Lost Songs of World War II” are new recordings of forgotten tunes written by Jews from the ghettos in Ukraine. Anna Shternshis, a professor at the University of Toronto, found these songs locked in an archive in Kiev. Marco Werman speaks to Shternshis about the collection.
