Women artists front and center in Tate museum’s latest makeover

Tate Britain, one of England’s premier museums, is getting a makeover. The museum’s permanent collection is undergoing its first major rehang in 10 years and, this time, women artists will be in the spotlight. The World’s Sarah Birnbaum reports that more than 800 works by some 350 artists will be featured, including old favorites, recent discoveries and new commissions.
