Thirty countries around the world have started to vaccinate against the virus, but the path ahead is looking very different across the globe. Countries are in a debate over changing the vaccine dosing schedule: Some suggest administering the second dose three to four weeks after the first dose, while others suggest more time in between doses so that more people can get the first dose faster. On Tuesday, the WHO’s panel of vaccine experts, called SAGE, gave their recommendations for the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. The World’s Carol Hills has the details.
