On Sunday, a Ryanair flight, on its way to Greece to Lithuania, was diverted and forced to land in Minsk by a Belarusian fighter jet. Belarusian dissident, Roman Protasevich, who was on the flight, was arrested. About 24 hours later, he appeared in a video, where he said that he is in good health and is being treated well. Possibly under duress, he also confesses to plotting riots in Minsk, crimes that carry a 15-year penalty. Host Carol Hills speaks with Franak Viačorka a Senior Advisor to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, the leader of the Belarusian opposition.
