Twenty years ago today, the Russian parliament approved Vladimir Putin’s appointment as Russia’s Prime Minister. Since, Putin has served four terms as Russia’s president, with another term as prime minister in between. But according to Russia’s constitution, in 2024, Putin won’t be able to run for president. So what’s next for Putin? Host Marco Werman speaks with Russian political scientist Ekaterina Shulmann.
