What are the chances of Biden shutting down Guantanamo? 

In a secret operation over the weekend, US military guards moved Khalid Shaikh Mohammed and other CIA prisoners from the once-secret Camp 7 to the main part of the prison compound at the Guantanamo Bay detention camp. It was a Trump administration decision to save costs but it renewed focus on President Biden’s intention to shut down the detention camp. Barack Obama tried but failed. Marco Werman speaks about the possibility with Karen Greenberg, director of the Center on National Security at Fordham University School of Law and the author of “The Least Worst Place: Guantanamo’s First 100 Days.”
