Washing your hands when you don’t have water

We are told over and over again to wash our hands. It’s considered one of the simplest and most effective ways to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. But what if you don’t have access to clean water, let alone soap or hand sanitizer? That is the case for an estimated 3 billion people around the globe. Host Marco Werman speaks with Kelly Ann Naylor, the chief of water, sanitation and hygiene at UNICEF, about what’s going on to address this face in the midst of a global pandemic.
