Polls opened on Friday in the four Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine. People in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia were told to vote on whether to join Russia. Host Carolyn Beeler explains what happened today, and why Kyiv and the West consider these to be “sham” elections.
