Most restaurants, hotels, and tourist shops on Cape Cod in Massachusetts rely on foreign workers who come to the US on H-2B visas — those are temporary, non-immigrant visas given out to seasonal employees. With record demand from the Cape, and other tourists spots throughout the nation, there’s not nearly enough visas to go around. The World’s Jason Margolis reports.
