The Venezuelan armed forces surrounded the national assembly over the weekend to block the reelection of the Speaker, Juan Guaidó. Guaidó also claims to be the legitimate president. But his rival Nicolás Maduro still appears to hold all the power. Host Marco Werman speaks with Guillermo Zubillaga, head of the Venezuela Working Group at the Americas Society/Council of the Americas, a non-profit group dedicated to fostering understanding of Latin America.
